Rates:                                                                                                                         

 May - October:   $200 per night for up to 6; $10 extra per night for each additional person        

November - April:   $150 per night for up to 6; $8 extra per night for each additional person           

Use of stables:  $10 per night per horse                                                                                          

One-Day Event Rental:  Same rate as nightly rental up to 20 guests; Over 20 guests, $350/day             

Included in rental of home:  Access to Watts Bar Lake, use of lighted tennis court, use of hiking and riding trails
